    You are writing here in the Avira Community, a publicly accessible forum - an "user2user" forum. We do not have access to your Avira customer account, your Avira installation or your purchased Avira license.

    Premium customers with a valid license and correct registration for the purchased license can contact the Avira support team directly from the Avira customer account under “SUPPORT”; via email, support chat and (in some cases) telephone.

    Unfortunately, we do not have any information about your Avira installation with last update, nor information about your operating system with version number of the last update! We have no access to your settings, see in the Avira guidelines, also to “How to create post” and urgently required “Details matter”!  Installation help here in the forum is only possible with meaningful information.

    You have already contacted the Avira support team and accepted the offer to create a ticket with # ticket number from the digital assistant Mark.

    The digital assistant also draws your attention to this when you create your ticket: "If you have any other questions or comments, feel free to write them below and I'll do my best to help you." Thank you for your understanding.
