Premium customers with a valid license and correct registration for the purchased license can contact the Avira support team directly from the Avira customer account under “SUPPORT”; via email, support chat and (in some cases) telephone.
You have stored 3 e-mail addresses in your Avira customer account. You have already contacted Avira Support on 24.09.24 with questions about your verification code. Only you know the verification code, and only you can enter it correctly in your Avira customer account. This is the only way the connection to your purchased license will work. Without a correct verification code, no connection can be established.
