    Unfortunately, we cannot get a picture of your problem with the data you have given us. We know neither your operating system with the current version number nor your Avira installation with the current version number.
    In the case of Android, we also do not know your settings. We do not have access to your installation.

    With Apple, for example, the deleted data is made available for 30 days before the final removal and can be reactivated.

    You are writing here in the Avira Community, a publicly accessible forum - an "user2user" forum. We have neither access to your Avira customer account and your Avira installation, nor to your purchased Avira license.

    Please check your request in your installed system. There should be a description in your phone app.
