I cannot change my email
TerminéeI am a free user so far but cannot change my email address. When I enter my new email address the system tells me this address is 'already in use'. It is a mess!! I want to upgrade but cannot do so until this is resolved.

You already had complications with your order and refund for the Avira test version. Unfortunately, we can't understand what you mean by “change of e-mail address”. You can check your documents to see if you have entered an e-mail address that is “already in use." Please check your own records.
