    You are writing here under an email address that you set up yesterday. This cannot contain an order for which you want to claim your money back!

    You are writing here in the Avira Community, a publicly accessible forum, an ‘user2user’ forum. We have neither access to your Avira customer account and your Avira installation, nor to your installed OS and your purchased Avira licence.

    Unfortunately, we can't get a picture with your information.  We have no documentation about your order

    • Which Avira product did you purchase, name with version and last update number?
    • Which OS do you have installed, exact version number with last update?
    • What refund request have you submitted to Avira?

    Premium customers with a valid licence and correct registration for the purchased licence can contact the Avira support team directly from the Avira customer account under ‘SUPPORT’; by email, support chat and (in some cases) telephone.

    The Avira Community is subject to the strict requirements of the GDPR and can only be processed in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation. Questions about the Avira purchase and Avira installation or refund can only be answered via your purchased licence in compliance with the GDPR by email via Avira Support.

    Important:  You will only receive a refund via the Avira SUPPORT (not here via the Avira COMMUNITY) with the access data you used when purchasing the licence. Only you know the details of your order.
