Premium customers with a valid licence and correct registration can contact the Avira support team directly from the Avira customer account under ‘SUPPORT’; by email, support chat and (in some cases) telephone.
Various requests will be summarised. All of them will be placed at the end of the inbox list in order to answer your question with the last current enquiry. In this way, you yourself move your question with a new ticket # number to the end of the ranking list for processing. Multiple tickets only require more time to process!
We therefore recommend that you take a look at the instructions for creating a post in the Avira Community Guidelines. The Avira Community is not a direct support channel!
