Problema con installazione Avira Security

Ciao a tutti.
ho un problema con Avira Security. L'installazione va a buon fine e quando lancio l'applicazione mi esce questo:
che fa pensare che tutto sia ok ma se mi sposto in "Sicurezza / Opzioni di sicurezza" ottengo questo:
sono protetto o no??!!
Se premo Abilita o cerco di spostare i cursori da Disabilitata ad Abilitata non succede niente!!
Ho disinstallato ed installato più volte ma il risultato è lo stesso....
