I still can't reinstall avira free

So I have been kinstructed via email to follow the registry cleaner method I did everything the way the article said but is still can't reinstall avira There is a main avira file on my pc that I can't get rid of or access When I try to install avira again there is some error related to the folder during instalation File location: c) /(x86) And from there I can't go any further :/
