    If you have a pro license you could also contact our customer service team directly. They can request some additional data and will send it to our virus lab for a deeper analysis.

    Dear Dominik Klesel - Avira Customer Service Engineer.

    Thank you for your perfect antivirus. My computer is infected but Avira cant found any viruses. 

    Windows 8  is copyring many files (make doubles) and safe it in Windows directory. When I  delited that files from C:\Windows, that files wos deleted from that computer totaly.  

    Could you please help me? I need to safe my files and I would like good work from computer. Avira double file cant find double file also 21,3% and stop.

    Could you please help me?
