    Hello,

     

    Usually that shouldn't be the case and most of the times happens when somebody has a second account with a different email-address. 

    Please check that in the first step, you can do that by comparing the inbox you receive the newsletter on to the address you used to set up your account with Avira.

    To finally delete the account please follow the guide below:

    I, as I usually do with these unwanted emails, is to click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email and it took me to one of my Avira accounts but it took me to the Avira account whose email address doesn't match the email inbox address the marketing email was sent to?!  Anyway I've now deleted both accounts.
