I bought Prime licence and I got the serial code in email
When I try to activate on my account, it says "Maximum user activation for this code has been reached."
which is strange because I did not input it anywhere else.
Contacting Avira is a nightmare, no emails or anything, support is only for users with active subscription, which I have, but can´t get it work! I see the only option to post here, which I TOTALLY HATE and is time wate for me. So far, Im starting to think this whole AVIRA thing is a big SCAM?

Sorry to hear that the installation and activation caused some issues.
In fact you don't need the activation code to install your activated license since this already happens with the purchase process.
You can use these instructions to install your Prime license, simply skip the part about uninstalling on an old device.
