I can't install antivirus module of the avira free anti virus in my windows 7 pro PC

I need help i just want to resolve my problem regarding the looping installation of the avira free anti virus on my windows 7 pro PC 

First I download the avira free anti virus on your website using google chrome then i ran the installer then i let the following modules inside avira to install also all the modules automatically installing after one another i saw the antvirus module installing its the last module to be installed that requires restart of pc.after the installation it has a red panel at  that says "Restart your Computer" the n i restart my PC when i goes back to destkop i open the avira free anti virus  app or launcher that stores the modules then it rejected the installation of antvirus module i do it many times restart again then nothing happends i dont get a protected status on my PC please reply thank you.

  Sorry to hear that there are some issues with our program. 

  It might be the case that some old parts of the installation file are still in your cache or registry, saying it already is installed although in fact it isn't.

   

  Please follow this instruction to make sure no remnants of the Antivirus file are on you device before you try to install it again:
