Cannot Contact Support
TerminéeI keep getting the 500/503 error, have installed the "repair installation" and it did nothing, uninstalled and reinstalled Avira, and still get this error. I've restarted my computer several times, but again, same error. I'm a paying member but cannot access the support page. This is what I get, and there's no way to click on the black line.
Is there an email I can contact Avira at?

When I sign into my account, it shows (accurately) that I do not have a paid subscription. However, Avira submitted a charge to my bank account the amount of $107.49 yesterday. I need to find out why and have the charges reversed. Because there is no paid subscription on my account, I connot use the provided online support for assistance. Please reply with a phone number I can call, or an email address I can write to for assistance. Thank you!
