    Hello Andrew,

    To get access to your already purchased licenses please login with your email address which you've used while purchasing Avira. Even when you can't remember your used password, there're you able to reset it and grab another one.

    I went to that link but even when I fill in the forgot password and enter my email address I never get a link sent to me to reset my password

    Since I am technology challenged, I would like to have a technician talk me through the reactivation of my program.  

    My activation code has expired and I have not been able to successfully get another.

    How can I find my activation code? And if I have an iPhone 11 and my partner has a Samsung A20 will she still be able to use it on her device ? Please help me find my activation code!!!

    Hi. I had purchased Pro for my iPhone & that phone malfunctioned so I purchased a Samsung & was told to repurchase, which I did. I do not have an activation code, where can I get this so I can get this up and running.

    You do not need an activation code, here are the instructions:

    Afterwards the activation should have worked.
