Issues with Avira Antivirus Pro

Today i checked my paypal account and i saw an AUTOMATIC payment of 34,95 eur has been charged to my visa card.

Well, i don't use avira but since i payed i choose to install it.

I tried to login with my account but i forgot the password. So i tried the procedure to recover. No email with the reset link has been sent.

So i tried to re-register again with the same email i am 100% sure i bought avira and the procedure went well. 

Then i installed avira hoping i was in avira pro but no, it's avira free!

So basically Avira took me 35 euros for what?

It's impossible to contact them, ho can i do?

I have now blocked my auto payment in paypal and i will not use avira products anymore in my life. The website is crap, pages not found here and there, there's no email to contact this gentlemen, nothing.

Now i want to know where my money are. 

Very, very, very bad service i'm sorry.

  If your renewal was made through Paypal and you are using another email address for this service, please login into your Avira account while using this email address.

  I did not renew my subscription with avira but to my surprise you have taken money out of my account. This has left me in overdraft. I want my money back please

  If you don't deactivate your auto-renewal, your license will be renewed automatically. If you would like to request a refund for your renewal, please take a look here:
