Missing purchase
TerminéeI bought a subscription from Microsoft store. However, it is not activated and I am not able to access the serial number. I tried to contact both Avira and Microsoft store to discuss the problem. But I am banned to send an email or speak with an agent over the phone.
This is so annoying as a week past and I can not use my account.

You received a serial number when you bought the product from Microsoft and you don't get any information from there how to install the purchased product and you can't even access the activation code?
I can't quite understand that.Can you cancel this and purchase the Avira product in the Avira Online Shop? Then we could help you.
Without activation code and information about the Avira version we cannot do anything and without a valid license you unfortunately cannot contact the Avira Support Team.
We are unfortunately not able to offer any other solution.

The problem with iTunes/Apple could already be solved in the post about your post.
The problem with your purchase at Microsoft should be discussed in the application with Microsoft. Microsoft may be able to correct your problem using your payment receipt.
