The PayPal transaction code and your email address has been removed for your security in your report.
Probably one of your email addresses still has an active license.
The license will be activated on the customer account with the email address used at the time of purchase.
If you do not find any subscriptions in your account, it means that you are not logged in with the email address used for the invoice.
If you would like to know more about your license, you can inquire with Cleverbridge using PayPal's transaction code:

Good day,
I also have an unauthorised debit on my credit card for R265.95. I have not purchased anything from Avira.
Kindly supply an email address where I can sort this out and get a refund. I don't want to post sensitive information on this public platform.
I have already sent a similar request which has not been answered.
