    Hello Plamen,

    Yes, I have just seen that the Billing is not displayed in my customer account, as indicated in the instructions.

    Some changes were made on 10.06.2020, we will check this from Monday.

    Oh, at that moment it was seen that you have already created a ticket at the support. From there you will also get an answer to this further question.

    I want to remove my credit card/s info from my account -> billing, that's it. There is no that possibility. :(

    Hello Plamen,

    We have no access to your customer account here in the community. We are not allowed to query or process personal data - basic data protection regulation DSGVO.

    You have already created a ticket with the support and received an answer to both of your questions, including your problem with your credit card.

    It is only possible to change the payment procedure if an active license extension (annual license) is deposited. This option is not available with a monthly invoice. I was not aware of this rule before, sorry. Unfortunately you did not specify that it is a monthly license.

    Support:

    "We will remove the credit card information from your account as requested."

    You have received answers from avira support, if something is unclear, please contact SUPPORT again so that your query can be clarified there - see your self created ticket.
    Here in the COMMUNITY we do not have access to your account, we cannot change your data from here.
    The Community is a public forum, for everyone to read, here we are not allowed to publish your data for payment processing. Privacy DSGVO !

    The data will be deleted after the license expires.

    That should clear everything up now. Otherwise, please contact support (your Ticket) again - this alone is the contact point to clarify your disappointment about the answer you received from there.
