Hello I already have an avira license recently purchased on May 12th, but I had to reinstall windows and I can't install the paid version of avira just free, please help me.

You can install your license on your new device, this should work for free according to the following instructions.
Please log in at https://my.avira.com/ in your customer account with which you purchased the license and which you used before the new installation.
In your customer account you will find your activated license displayed under "Subscriptions". By clicking on "Install", this will be initiated, follow the instructions, see:
