Avira icon disappears during the initialisation of Avira

Dear Avira team,

 

When Windows starts up, the Avira icon disappears during the initialisation of Avira. This occurs on various PCs and Laptops.

 

What I have already done:

Uninstalling Avira.

Reinstall Avira.

Problem remains.

 

Do you have any idea?

  Hello Johan,

  Could you please check if there are any errors reported in the LOGFILES for the date of the incident
  Windows (C): ⇒ ProgramData ⇒ Avira ⇒ Antivirus

  Or whether something is displayed there under LOGFILES under "wmi"

  Or open Avira screen ⇒ Open Antivirus Pro -⇒ Activities

  Since the error occurs with several devices, there should be a message somewhere.
  This would be helpful to submit this behavior to the support team technicians for review.

  What I did:

  Uninstall Avira-Prime.

  All references in the registry are cleared.

  Restart laptop

  Avira-Prime reinstalled.

  After initializing, the Avira icon disappears from the taskbar.

  The problem is the 'Avira Service Host', stop and restart this service and then Icon shows in the taskbar.
