subscription not activated

my annual subscription has been taken (RS 3356)but my Avira protection has reverted to the free version (i presume).i cant  contact Avira because i haven't got a licence .. my bank statement show that Avira have taken RS 3356 from my account. Cant find ant contact details for Avira home products.. only for business products. i am fuming ..Have been left with no protection on some device

  i deleet my old account  but yet not activate my account .. please refund my money or activate the product
