Avira prime license does not work

Yesterday, I bought a licence prime. I logged in, the Subscription Tab says that I have no subscription plans and if I tried the activation code and got the message "Maximum user activation for this code has been reached." I tried clicking the install link in the e-mail and it send my to my account with the correct email address but with no subscription !!!. I cannot contact the support technique because I need an Avira license active. And The activation code does not work on my phone.
Frankly speaking, if it is not fixed on Monday. I will ask to have it paid back....sorry....

Unfortunately you did not specify where you bought the PRIME license, in the Avira Online Shop or in retail stores.
If you purchased the license in the Avira Online Shop, then activation is not necessary. The license is directly connected to the email address you used when you bought it and is then activated.

This message appears when the license is activated.
Where did you get the activation code? Purchased in retail stores?
