Unable to activate Premium
Terminéewhy would I pay twice, it keeps sending me to the free trial, which isn't true, and it doesn't even give the basic were I got premium? Also in middle of replacing old phone, can I download to both incase my phone # changes?
Why are all inquiries answered with articles that do not pertain to the problem at hand?

First, we can understand your frustration. Your request with the wrong articles are not available to us.
Now to your questions: Let us assume you have purchased the prime license as an Avira version.If you purchased it in the Avira Online Shop, it should be displayed in your Avira customer account.
Therefore, please check under https://my.avira.com in your customer account at https://my.avira.com/de/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans whether this Prime Version is displayed there.
If this is not the case, your email address does not match the email address you used when purchasing the license.
If the purchased license is displayed in your customer account, you can install the license according to the following instructions:

First, however, it is important that you get the purchased licence installed and that you are not asked to buy it again. This message clearly indicates that the activation of the license or the registration with Avira would not be carried out correctly
