    Your question is not clear.
    After all, the July 2018 and 2019 dates have already expired and further inquiries are unnecessary.
    Also the licence from 2020 is over 30 days old, so no refund is possible.

    If you want to use the licence you have to activate it with your access data.
    The bank will have entered a reason for the debit and will certainly help you to find the data for this transfer. With these data you can trace the debit of your account.

    Avira keeps the accounts below with the access data you entered, your email address when ordering.
    On 13.08.2020 you have already received a reply to your letters concerning this problem.

    You can view and install your current licence if you log in with the access data you used when ordering. Then the licence is already activated in this account.
    If you no longer know these data, you can only search for the licence using your bank's remittance slip with the reason for payment.
