Double payment of licence renewal

Good morning

Due to the expiration of my credit card the automatic renewal was rejected

I gave the information of my new card and received again a rejection report

So I made a second procedure of payment

And now I see that I have 2 operations on my account on the 5th and 6th of november 2020

I don't know if I'm on the right place for this request of refunding of one payment but I could not find a way on my personnal account

I am French, so I'm sorry if my English is b not correct
