Can't delete com.avira.scanservice.systemextension on MacBook Pro

Once i updated to the new version of Big Sur Mac OS, i had immediately problems regarding the installation process so i decided to uninstall the app and delete my subscription. But i have still problem in deleting this file from my system extension. How can i do to fix the problem ? thank you
