Avira.ServiceHost.exe uses far too much CPU load ... AGAIN

Looks like this problem is back:

A temporary solution is:

"Terminate this Windows service by executing "sc stop Avira.ServiceHost" as administrator in command shell."

  OK. I solved the problem.
  
  It was difficult to uninstall. I had to do it manually.
  
  I Killed an assortment(!) of Avira processes and services, deleted all Avira folders, restart in safe mode, use avira_registry_cleaner_en.exe, reinstall.
  
  I have no idea what went wrong ... It is OK now (so long so good).
