    Please log in https://my.avira.com/en/auth/login  to your Avira customer account , under Subscriptions https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans your licenses are displayed.

    • Which Avira version is installed on your computer (name)?
    • Is this version a single version or part of a suite?
    • Which OS is installed on your computer?
    • Please give us the technical data of the device, RAM ...?
    • Describe your installation in detail.
    • If a licence, purchased in the Avira online shop or in a shop?
    • Did you follow these installation instructions?
