Can you use PWM without Internet Connection?

OS: Android version 9

App: Avira PWM version 2.8 (with free account)

I have a need to use Password Manager when my phone is not connected to the Internet (building has thick walls, so cell signal and no free wifi).  Is that possible? 

There seems to be no local account option or login offline option.

I understand if I use my Google/facebook/Apple account to create my Avira account, I must have Internet to authenticate with Google/facebook/Apple first so that will not work.  I guess I could login and leave the app running before entering building, but I would rather not.

  I see at this URL https://support.avira.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001689077-Versions-of-Avira-Password-Manager-and-their-advantages that there is an unregistered version.  But I cannot seem to find in the Google Play store or at the Avira website.

  • Unregistered
  • Registered
  • Pro
