Charged for annual premium subscription but never activated
Good afternoon,
I have raised this problem by email to the info@avira.com address and have seen on this forum similar issues. I have been charged for a premium subscription but never activated my account for the free trial as I never received any emails.
None of my 3 email address (1x hotmail, 2x gmail) seem to have active subscriptions which means it may be under a mistyped email (although 1 of the gmail addresses cannot be activated for some reason so this may be the culprit??) Could your support notify me if either of these is the case?

There are 2 email addresses in your customer account. One address has not yet been verified.
Please log in to your customer account with the correct email address, then the licence activated on this account will be displayed immediately - the address used during purchase has been activated.

Using your contract documents there, to which we have no access from here, the problem with your email addresses can certainly be clarified quickly.
