I cannot use my Avira Internet Security software updater. Even though it marked "automatic configuration", the program does not respond to the "find updates" command. The last update happened 27 days ago.

It would be nice if you could give us more details about your operating system (exact details, current with all updates) and your Avira license. Has this software updater already worked correctly, have you changed any settings?

I have the same problem -- required data:
- Win 10 (evth updated + state-of-the-art; laptop is only a couple of months old)
- Avira Antivirus Pro
- yes
- no
- not possible to attach screenshots with this given format, but the updater window shows "0 kBytes" downloaded/processed

Have you ever tried with a repair installation or a new installation possibly a manual reinstallation (see in the post above) to resolve the problem?
