reinstalled Prime, didn't fix the "real-time protection" problem, what's more, scaning is down.

Because of the real time protection problem, I reinstalled Prim. The problem was not solved, and now even the scaning is down. I've tried the uninstllation an reinstallation many times, it's really a big wast of time and energy.
