Uninstalling avira

I am trying install F secure but I have residual files from Avira causing a conflict how can I remove these I am running win8.1 64 bit

buenas noches, realice el procedimiento que muestra los foros, pero las carpetas alojadas en archivo de programa x86 no permite eliminarla ningún modo, ya realice cambios en los permisos de usuario pero el antivirus no deja eliminar esa carpeta de AVIRA

Good evening, I will use a translator to understand the request.
I uninstalled avira but it is not completely removed from the system, there are residues in the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Avira. that cannot be removed under any circumstances.
As you can see in the images of the previous comment, there are two antivirus services that prevent the complete deletion of this.
I hope for a prompt solution
