Dear sir,
I have used avira for years. I had a 2 year subscription and everything was fine. Last year i bought a new computer which had a free norton subscription for a year. So I cancelled my avira subscription. Now I see se Avira charged me 79 euros again for the upcoming two years. I tried to get in contact with avira about this issue but that seems to be impossible. I would like to get my money back asap. Below is a copy of my payment to avira:

Hi,
Mu subscription is auto renewed and i don't want to use this product. Can someone help. There is no way to opt out at website.
