VPN on Avira Prime Pro will not connect.

Tried for several days. Using Windows 10 ondesktop PC with National Broadband WiFi network. Connected to the PC via ethernet cable.
VPN version 2.37.24458
Downloaded from avira.com on 01/12/2020 with licence renewal. Worked OK up to 31/01/2021 then stopped loading.
Physical location is Melbourne, Australia
Selected virtual location is Canada
General connection issue
Paid version
Any suggestions??

VPN losses connection after use. When reactivation is attempted connection keeps failing and must restart to activate.

I have the same problem. When Avira VPN is activated it will not permit connection via ethernet and very slow via wifi. What is the solution please?
