    I have checked the first account, starting the one with candy2 xxxx, which doesn't have a subscription on. I can't login the other account because there is a phone verification that I need to enter. But, I don't receive a code from this phone no (it is a Chinese no) So, how can I login to check if there is a subscription on this account? Please advise me asap, so that I can request for the refund.
