How to discontinue antivirus subscription when I have new email
I no longer use my laptop and therefore have not used the antivirus subscription for a number of years but this subscription is annually being taken from my credit card. How can I stop this happening? I have updated my email on my account but the screen states 'no subscription' in place, I don't want to continue paying £38.99 annually when I no longer use this service. Please help

Please have a look at the following information, maybe you will find a solution there.
Have you already tried to enter your old e-mail address when logging in to your account? It is your access data to the account, you don't want to write an e-mail with it.
