    The error is regrettable and unfortunately requires a lot of work.

    Please see the following instructions, which describe how to correct the error in the email address.

    You can only contact the support team if you have a valid licence, as your licence is not yet registered in your customer account.
    After successfully logging in according to the instructions, your license should be displayed in your customer account.
