    Hello JL,

    You are writing here in the Avira COMMUNITY, a publicly accessible FORUM  ⇒  an “user2user” forum. From here, we have no information about or access to your Avira customer account with the latest updates or to your installed operating system with the latest currently installed update version number.

    With the information provided to us (neither your installed OS with the latest update version nor the latest update number of the installed Avira version), it is not possible to get an idea of your installation or your description of your concern. (your old VDF Feb 28th ? > not the latest !)

    You have already contacted Avira Support several times. It would be helpful to continue contacting Avira Support with your existing login details to avoid duplicating time-consuming processing.

    If you have multiple email addresses stored in your Avira customer account, please ensure that you enter the email address that is associated with the Avira licence you purchased and stored!

    Hello JL,

    Unfortunately, we cannot understand:

    Your "... process does not work, stating the license file is incorrect."

    Your: "I did not managed to send this question on the Avira forum, even after being connected with my account."

    Please check the email address you use to write to Avira Support and to the Avira Community.

    It is important that the sender and reply addresses match!  You can only contact Avira Support if you have correctly registered your Avira licence in your Avira customer account!
