Avira pop-up cannot be closed - "X" is out of the visual window
TerminéeI know I should have taken a screenshot but I didn't this time. I'm running Win11 with Avira free edition.
A black background window labeled Avira popped up on the right side of my screen listing some items that Avira believes may need attention. The problem is that the wording in the window is cut off along the right border (where the "X" usually is to close a window) so the "X" is not visible and the window cannot be moved or size manipulated. And there are no actions within the window that can be clicked on or followed.
To make it more difficult, the window is in an "always on top" condition. I needed to find a random "Avira" entry in the task manager to close the window and I needed to manually restart Avira. I'd guess that I could have also rebooted the PC but, either way, this is an issue.
Please let me know if there is a workaround for this or that it will be fixed in the next Avira update.

You are writing here in the Avira COMMUNITY, a publicly accessible FORUM ⇒ an “user2user” forum. From here, we have neither information about the purchase of the software in an Avira customer account nor access to a purchased licence with the access data and registration for this order.
Instructions for creating a post here in the community can be found on this page, directly above where you wrote your post.
See: The Avira Community is not a way to contact our support directly.
Here you will find detailed descriptions of the Avira Community guidelines, which are available to every Avira customer or user: “How do I create a post” ⇒ “Details are important.”!

Your request: “Please let me know if there is a workaround for this or if it will be fixed in the next Avira update.” cannot be answered by the publicly accessible Avira COMMUNITY. To do so, you would need to contact Avira SUPPORT according to the version of your Avira licence. Above all, it would be helpful to check your own screen settings on your device!

So, you're saying, anyone who does not have a paid version of Avira cannot let Avira support know about an issue, correct?
For what it's worth, I posted my concern here because there is no platform to do so otherwise.
I hope someone with a paid version experiences the issue so it can be reported in the support channel and addressed.
