    You are writing here in the Avira COMMUNITY, a publicly accessible FORUM:  an ‘user2user’ forum. We have no information here about the purchase of Avira software in your Avira customer account, nor do we have access to your purchased licence with your access data and your registration.
    The Avira Community is not a way to contact Avira Support directly.

    You have stored two (2 !) email addresses in your Avira customer account. Please check the spelling of your name! In one case, you have 12 letters in the name of your email address, and in the other, you have 13 letters in the name of your email address. You need to check this yourself in your email address and correct it urgently!
    In addition, you have not yet verified one of the two email addresses. 

    Furthermore, the support team wrote to you, but you did not respond.  Only the owner of the purchased licence can check the correct details in their registered email address and, above all, only you can correct this! Please check your own details!

    Premium customers with a valid licence who have logged in correctly can contact the Avira support team directly from their Avira customer account under ‘SUPPORT’: by email, chat and (at times) telephone.

    Below, you will find instructions at the bottom of this page on how to cancel your licence.
