have two phones only 1 connects
TerminéeWe purchased 2 identical samsung phones with 2 different phone numbers from verizon both have the same model numbers but imei's are different so if one is connected the other doesn't work and in the process of trying to get it to work one phone was accidently removed from the devices but we have a paid for avira pro. need help

You have already had several enquiries and multiple responses from Avira Support regarding the installation of a purchased Avira licence. The model number of your devices is irrelevant. The details of your email address used to purchase the Avira licence and the correct details of your purchased Avira licence are urgently required. The correct installation of your purchased Avira licence with the password known only to you is mandatory!

Do you have multiple licences stored in your Avira customer account?
