    We do not understand your description ‘iOS subscription not working or findable’.

    You already contacted Avira Support on Wednesday, 12 November 2025 at 11:31. They provided you with the two email addresses you registered with Avira and use, as well as the important reference numbers for your two orders!
    You were given the corresponding reference numbers for your orders for the two licences you purchased from Avira! Did you answer the questions from Avira Support on 12 November at 11:32 a.m. regarding your two orders?

    Both licences you purchased are stored in your Avira customer account and are available for your information. We can only help you with your questions if you provide us with correct and truthful information!

    You are writing here in the Avira COMMUNITY, a publicly accessible FORUM ⇒ an ‘user2user’ forum.  We have no access to your Avira customer account with your installed operating system, nor do we have access to your orders and information about your purchased Avira licence.

    Premium customers with a valid licence who have logged in correctly can contact the Avira support team directly from their Avira customer account under ‘SUPPORT’: by email, chat, and (at times) telephone.

    You have all the documents for your two email addresses that you have stored in your Avira customer account – including the two licences that you purchased from Avira (with PayPal?)! 
    You can check for yourself in your order whether you have stored the delivery address with your PayPal order. See the instructions:

    You write:  ‘I only used one single e-mail address so it can't be another one.’  You have  2 ! e-mail addresses stored with Avira, as you have already been informed by Avira Support, and you should be aware of this!!

    Today, you are writing to us using here (including the automatic licence renewal) an email address that you set up yesterday (!). This cannot be associated with an active and valid licence  30 November 2025, i.e. the Avira annual licence you purchased in November 2024!  

      

    Furthermore: ‘and I can't contact support because according to this I don't have an active subscription.’ That is also not true. Both licences you purchased are stored in your Avira customer account. You just need to log in to your Avira customer account correctly –  using the email address associated with your order in your Avira customer account!
    See the Avira instructions: ‘Every subscription purchased in the Avira online shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always linked to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this address.’

    Please check your purchase of the Avira licence and your own details regarding your purchased licence! Questions about the licence can only be answered by Avira Support; we do not have access to or authorisation for this in the publicly accessible forum.

    The Avira Community is subject to the strict requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation. Questions about your installation and your licence can only be answered by Avira Support via your Avira customer account in accordance with the GDPR by email. In this Avira Community Forum, it is technically not possible to contact us by email. Here in the Avira Forum, only posts can be published!

    Only with correct and honest information is it possible for Avira Support to help you with your purchased and activated licence via email! Thank you for your understanding.
