I purchased Pro from one of your emails on 21/06/2921 the cost was .99p, paid through 

Paypal invoice ID 279xxxxxx, email is e-mail adress deleted

Please advise about how to install Pro

  Unfortunately, you have given inaccurate information about your license, do you mean Avira Pro or Avira Prime?

  Every subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.

  Please ensure that you use the correct email address when registering, i.e. the email address that was used to order the license.
  Did you enter the delivery address during the PayPal order process?
