    If the license is not displayed in your customer account, then unfortunately your access data is incorrect.
    Please log in with the email address that was used to purchase the license.
    Every subscription purchased in the Avira online shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always registered to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address. There you will find what you paid for, and you can install it from there.

    In my account, under subscriptions i see a license for Antivirus PRO.  When i install it it does not register as Antivirus PRO, i see "License Expired" and it shows as Avira FREE...  when i uninstall Avira, and reinstall it still shows as FREE.  "License Expired"

    Nao consigo instalar o Avira. Cada vez que tento pede para reiniciar o computador, quando volta a ligar e tento instalar diz que é impossivel instalar o Avira.
