Web Protection
RéponduI have Aviva prime and I cannot turn on Web Protection, Why?
Have searched for a solution and cannot find suitable answer.
Found one solution said go to settings, but I cannot find this in Prime window

Unfortunately, we can't tell you why you can't switch on Web Protection in your installation. Have you looked at the following instructions and made your settings as desired?

I have not been able to switch ON Avira Web Protection after following the above.
IT is not my strength, so I am at a loss as to what to do next..

what a shame, I have the same problem and after 2 hours l have no reply and l have tried all the above actions and there is no fix for it..so far...obviously, no one in the community on a sunday night, l will have to phone...
Maybe l should have posted in the virus and Malware forum, but they say dont or it will be removed, and l paid top wack for prime, and its urgent as l do not have protection at the moment...
