Subscribed for Prime, Money out of account yet no product - Lack of customer support

Posting here to try and get an answer - Not impressed with the customer service currently.

I purchased Avira prime through my account dashboard for the deal that was shown. I went through paypal and when it re-directed me back to Avira it came up with an error page saying

Sorry, we could not process all your data. Please verify and complete the fields below to continue with your order.

Then there is a blank page with nothing to fill out.

My Ticket Id is #657295

I am down 107.95 from my account with no product to show for it.

  It is unfortunate that you are having difficulties with your PayPal order and that there is now an increased workload. Did you include your delivery address in the order? See:

  You have also contacted the support team and already created a ticket there.
