    The strange behaviour is regrettable, it normally only occurs if no licence is stored for this e-mail address.
    Please check your email address with which the license was purchased.

    Every subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always registered to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.
    Can you still see the information about ordering the license in your documents?

    Hello Jun Paras,

    Please verify you have the correct email address, especially if 2 email addresses are stored in your Avira customer account. Please check whether both e-mail addresses stored in your customer account are verified and whether the providers are entered correctly.

    The e-mail address in the letter from Avira is correct, and the license is activated there.

    I know that the one im using to this tread is not the same email that i used in ordering the product. But the one I used in ordering the product is the one Im using in activating the avira anti virus pro.And it still grey out up to now, and even If I used the email on this tread it is still grey out.

    I printed the email or the payment information that got from avira and on the activation where the email  was activated at the end of of .com there is a an additional point or period. I dont know if that is the problem or what.

    I used both emails in resetting my password and both emails were grey out. Why just send me the goddammed link and its going to be easy. I dont understand that they cant just send me a new link. Am i going to buy a new one? what kind of co. is this?

    We assume that you have accidentally overlooked the information Avira sent to you about the access data in the information you inserted yourself from Avira.
    Likewise, the access data to your customer account inserted by us on 09/03/21:

    Please log in to your customer account at https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/home with the email address and password you used when placing your order.
    Verify your email address.

    With this access data, you will be shown your subscription at

    https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans
    and can be installed from there.

    Without correct access data and a verified e-mail address, you will not be able to access your e-mail account and the subscription activated there.
