cannot find and deactivate subscription
TerminéeI received an email stating "your Avira license will automatically renew in 10 days.
Your account will be charged on 2021-09-11." yesterday, 07/09. I want to cancel my subscription, however there is No active subscriptions when I log into my accont.

We have removed your email address for your security. Please do not post personal information in a publicly accessible forum.
You have 2 email addresses in your Avira customer account.
Please log in to the Avira customer account with the email address you used to order the Prime license. Your subscription will then be displayed, and you can cancel your account there.
Only the licence holder can initiate this, we have no authorization to cancel.
