Popup Stuck in Corner

I have a problem with Avira that the popup message is stuck in the corner.  It cannot be dragged to reposition it in order to do whatever action it is that it is describing.  See attached image.  Any help will be appreciated.

  It is unfortunate that you cannot remove the pop-up message in the corner.

  Have you already done a repair installation:

  Or an uninstallation with me new installation:
